Prince Imagin is a small local business in Kaimganj, Uttar Pradesh, India. We make customised gift items and offer small software tools. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Prince Imagin, and “you” means the person using our website or services.

By accessing princeimagin.com, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2Orders & prices

• Order requirements and specifications must be confirmed with us before production begins.
• Please give accurate details – names, text, sizes, colours and any files or designs. We make the item as confirmed, so mistakes in the details you provide are your responsibility.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). We may correct a price that was shown by mistake and will tell you before going ahead.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot make the item as asked, and will refund anything you have already paid for it.

3Payment & delivery

• Payment and delivery details are confirmed directly with you before an order is completed.
• Where a custom item is involved, we may ask for full or part payment before we start making it.
• Delivery times we give are estimates. Delays can happen because of the courier, weather or events outside our control, and we will keep you informed.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us quickly if anything is wrong (see section 4).

4Cancellation & returns

• Before production starts: you can cancel and we will refund what you paid.
• After production starts: customised items are made specially for you, so they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged just because you changed your mind.
• Damaged or wrong item: if your item arrives damaged, or is not what was confirmed, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will repair, remake, replace or refund it, whichever is fair.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5Software tools

• Software tools and digital files are for the use you bought them for. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute them without our written permission.
• Tools are provided to help with everyday work. Please keep a backup of your own data; we cannot guarantee that a tool will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, they are not refundable unless they do not work as described and we cannot fix the problem.

6Content & copyright

• All content on princeimagin.com – text, images, logo, designs and tools – belongs to Prince Imagin and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or reuse any of it without our prior written permission.
• If you send us a design, logo, image or text for a customised item, you confirm that you have the right to use it. You are responsible if it infringes anyone else’s rights.
• Feedback or ideas you share with us may be used by us to improve our products and services.

8Privacy & cookies

We collect only the information needed to take your order, reply to you and support you. Please read our Privacy Policy for details. Our website uses cookies needed for the shop to work, such as your cart and login; you can control cookies in your browser settings.
