You can ask Prince Imagin to delete the personal information we hold about you – including orders, contact records, and comments, messages or reviews collected from our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google accounts. Requests are handled directly by us.

1How to request deletion

2We verify it is youWe may ask you to confirm the email address, phone number or social media profile linked to your records, so we delete the right data.
3We delete and confirmOnce verified, we delete your data and send you a message when it is complete – within 30 days.

3Facebook & Instagram data
If you commented on or messaged our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we may hold a copy of that comment or message, your public name or username and the related IDs so we could reply to you. To have it deleted:
Send us the request described above, with your profile name or username, and tell us which post or message it was about.
We will delete our stored copy and confirm to you once it is done.
You can also delete your own comment or message directly on Facebook or Instagram at any time. That removes it from the platform, and you can still ask us to delete our stored copy.
We do not sell this data, and we use it only to reply to you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
4What we may need to keep
In some cases the law requires us to keep limited records, for example invoices and payment records for tax and accounting. If that applies to part of your request, we will delete everything else, keep only what the law requires, and tell you what we kept and why.
Comments and messages from social media that are not needed for any legal purpose are also deleted automatically after 12 months, even if you have not asked us.
