Prince Imagin is a small local business in Kaimganj, Uttar Pradesh, India. We make customised gift items and ID cards, and offer small software tools. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Prince Imagin, and “website” means princeimagin.com.

Information you give us

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it – for example when you create an account, place an order, ask for an ID card, request a software tool, or contact us.

  • Shipping or delivery address
  • Order details and, for ID cards, the details and files (such as a photo) you send us so we can print the card
  • Messages you send us through our contact form, email or WhatsApp

This technical data is used to keep the website working and secure and to understand how it is used.

3Social media & Google data

We run business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Business Profile. To reply to our customers there, we use a tool that connects to these accounts through their official APIs.

Why

Only to read your comment, message or review, to send you a reply (automatic or written by us) and to keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up. For example, if you comment “price” on a post, we may reply with the price or send you details by message.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell this data or share it with data brokers.
  • We do not use it for advertising, profiling or for any purpose unrelated to replying to you.
  • We do not collect your platform passwords. You never share them with us; our accounts connect through each platform’s own login screen.

Automatic reply tools

Replies can be chosen by keyword rules we write. We may also use an automated text-generation service to help draft a reply; in that case only the text needed to write the reply is sent to it.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information we receive through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platform tools is handled in line with Meta’s Platform Terms.

  • Payment and delivery partners, when your order needs them
  • Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google, because our replies and messages are delivered through their platforms

6Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for the shop to work, such as keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website may stop working.

7How long we keep it

  • Social media and Google data (comments, messages, reviews): up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Order and ID card records: as long as needed to support your order and to meet tax and accounting rules.
  • Technical website logs: for a short period, then deleted or anonymised.

8Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To delete your data, including comments and messages collected from our social media accounts, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page or email us at the address below. We aim to respond within 30 days.

You can also remove our access to your data on each platform by deleting your comment or message there, or by contacting us.

9Security

We keep access to our website and accounts limited, and the website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access tokens used to connect our social media and Google accounts are stored in encrypted form. No online system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and handle it carefully.

10Children

Our website and tools are not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. For ID cards we handle details only as supplied by the school, organisation or parent placing the order.

11Changes and links

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Our website may link to other sites; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies too.
